There are certain kinds of light you don’t forget.
The kind that filters through the trees in a way that feels almost intentional. I had stood in this spot in my backyard so many times, noticing how it moved in the late afternoon. As an Orange County maternity photographer, I’m always drawn to light like this, the kind that feels soft, natural, and fleeting.

From the beginning, this session was rooted in softness and intention. I had the honor do doing her makeup and styling, keeping everything natural and effortless, just a gentle enhancement of what was already there.
